In phpMyAdmin haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Datenbanken zu importieren oder zu exportieren. Wie Sie sich in phpMyAdmin einloggen ist hier erklärt.
Importieren einer .sql Datei in MySQL Datenbanken
- Loggen Sie sich in phpMyAdmin ein
- Wählen Sie auf der linken Seite die gewünschte Datenbank aus
- Klicken Sie oberhalb auf "Importieren"
- Wählen Sie nun die sql-Datei aus und klicken Sie auf "OK".
Exportieren einer Mysql Datenbank
- Loggen Sie sich in phpMyAdmin ein
- Wählen Sie auf der linken Seite die gewünschte Datenbank aus
- Klicken Sie oberhalb auf "Exportieren"
- Um die gesamte Datenbank zu exportieren, fahren Sie mit dem nächsten Schritt fort. Um nur bestimmte Tabellen in der Datenbank zu exportieren, wählen Sie unter Exportmethode die Option "Angepasst - zeige alle möglichen Optionen an", und wählen Sie in der Liste nur die Tabellen aus, welche Sie exportieren möchten. Lassen Sie alle anderen Optionen auf ihre Standardwerte eingestellt.
- Klicken Sie auf "OK". Sie werden aufgefordert, die Datei zu öffnen oder zu speichern. Nachdem Sie das Speichern bestätigen, wird die sql-Datei heruntergeladen.

Import of a .sql file into MySQL databases
- Log into phpMyAdmin
- Select the database you want on the left
- Above click on "Import"
- Now select the sql file and click "OK".
Export of a Mysql database
- Log into phpMyAdmin
- Select the database you want on the left
- Above click on "Export"
- To export the entire database, go to the next step. In order to export only certain tables in the database, select the option "Custom - display all possible options" under Export method and select only the tables that you want to export from the list. Leave all other options at their default values.
- Click on "OK". You will be prompted to open or save the file. After you confirm the save, the sql file will be downloaded.
