In dieser Anleitung erklären wir Ihnen, wie Sie die zuvor im KIS eingerichteten M365 Postfächer in der neuen Outlook Version einrichten können.
Die Einrichtung des Postfaches ist relativ einfach und wird fast vollautomatisiert durchgeführt. Nach der Einrichtung stehen Ihnen alle Microsoft 365-Mailfunktionen zur Verfügung. Ihre Kontakte, Kalender und E-Mails werden anschließend automatisch synchronisiert.
Ausführliche Anleitung:
Sobald Sie die Kontoeinrichtung im Outlook gestartet haben: "Einstellungen - Konten - Konto hinzufügen" öffnet sich das folgende Fenster. Hier geben Sie bitte die Microsoft 365 E-Mail-Adresse ein.
Nach dem Klick auf "Weiter" werden Sie aufgefordert sich bei Microsoft anzumelden. Bitte geben Sie hier erneut die E-Mailadresse ein und das im KIS festgelegte Passwort für das Microsoft 365-E-Mail-Konto.
Sollten Sie die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung aktiviert haben, werden Sie aufgefordert sich damit zu authentifizieren.
Nach dem Klick auf "Überprüfen" wird das Konto automatisch eingerichtet.

Das Microsoft 365-E-Mail-Postfach ist nun vollständig eingerichtet und kann vollumfänglich genutzt werden.

How do I set up my Microsoft 365 mailbox in Outlook (New)?
In this guide we explain how you can set up the previously in the KIS created M365 accounts in the new Outlook version.
Setting up the mailbox is relatively easy and is done almost completely automated. After the setup is done all M365 functions are available to you. Your calenders, contacts and e-mails will then be synchronized automatically.
Detailed instructions:
Once you have started the account setup in Outlook: "Settings - Accounts - Add account", the following window opens. Please enter the Microsoft 365 e-mail address here.
After clicking on "Continue", you will be asked to log in to Microsoft. Please enter the email address again with the password for the Microsoft 365 email account defined in the KIS.
In case two-factor authentication is active, you will be asked to authenticate yourself with it.
After confirming the 2FA, the account will be set up automatically.
After completing the setup, you will receive confirmation of the successful setup:
The Microsoft 365 e-mail inbox is now fully set up and can be used to its full extent.
