Datenbanken größer 10 GB und mit mehr als 2000 Tabellen

Wir können keine Pakete migrieren, die mindestens 1 Datenbank haben mit:

• Tabellenanzahl >2000  
• Größe pro einzelner DB >10 GB

Bitte prüfen Sie daher Ihre Datenbanken und bereinigen Sie diese, indem Sie nicht mehr benötigte Tabellen der Datenbank löschen.

SSH- Zugang 

Den SSH-Zugang (Username + Passwort) können wir nicht übernehmen. Es wird ein neuer SSH-Zugang angelegt, welcher jedoch nach der Migration standardmäßig deaktiviert ist. Die Einstellungen für den SSH-Zugang können Sie auf der “Mein Hosting” Seite unter dem Reiter “Server” anpassen.

SSL-Proxy

Der SSL-Proxy fällt mit der Migration weg. Bitte verwenden Sie nach der Migration für die Verschlüsselung Ihrer Webseite/Daten ein entsprechendes SSL-Zertifikat oder die AUTO SSL Funktion im cPanel Paket.

Nutzergruppen aus der Nutzergruppenverwaltung im KIS

Wir migrieren die unter Nutzer & Nutzergruppen angelegten Nutzer auf das cPanel Paket. Wir können jedoch die Nutzergruppen nicht migrieren. Wenn die Nutzer auf dem Classic Hosting Paket für den Verzeichnisschutz verwendet werden, richten wir dies auch auf dem cPanel Paket wieder ein.

Nutzer, die auf der Classic Plattform für WebDAV verwendet wurden, übernehmen wir ebenfalls. Jedoch ist es hier notwendig, dass das Passwort und notwendige Berechtigungen nochmals neu gesetzt werden.

Sendmail für E-Mail-Versand per Skript auf cPanel nicht verfügbar

Mit der cPanel Plattform ist der Versand von E-Mails via Skript über sendmail nicht mehr möglich. Es ist daher erforderlich, eine der anderen Versandmethoden für Skripte zu verwenden.

Databases with more than 10 GB and/or more than 2000 tables

We cannot migrate packages which have a least 1 database with:

• Table count >2000
• Size per individual DB >10 GB

Therefore, please check your databases and clean them up by deleting tables of your database that are no longer required.

SSH access

We cannot take over the SSH access (username + password). A new SSH account will be created, but this will be deactivated by default after the migration. You can adjust the settings for the SSH access on the ‘My hosting’ page under the ‘Server’ tab.

SSL Proxy

The SSL proxy is omitted with the migration. After the migration, please use an appropriate SSL certificate or the AUTO SSL function in the cPanel package to encrypt your website/data.

User groups from the user group administration

We migrate the users created under Users & user groups to the cPanel package. However, we cannot migrate the user groups. If the users on the Classic Hosting package are used for directory protection, we will also set this up again on the cPanel package.

We also take over users that were used on the Classic platform for WebDAV. However, it is necessary to reset the password and necessary authorisations.

Sendmail not available for sending e-mails via script on cPanel

With the cPanel platform, it is no longer possible to send emails via script using sendmail. It is therefore necessary to use one of the other sending methods for scripts.
