Bitte aktivieren Sie in Ihrem KIS zunächst die Error-Logs um nachvollziehen zu können, wieso die Erreichbarkeit gestört ist. Oft ist hier zu sehen, dass bestimmte Plugins oder Themes den Aufruf Ihrer Webseite stört. Denn genau so wie Wordpress-Upodates sind auch die Updates von Plugins und Themes sehr wichtig.
Wie werden Errorlogs im KIS aktiviert ?
Die Error-Logs können Sie in Ihrem KIS aktivieren. Beachten Sie bitte, dass es bis zu 15 Minuten dauern kann, bis die Errorlogs aktiviert sind. Anschließend rufen Sie Ihre Webseite erneut auf, damit der Fehler erneut provoziert und im Error-Log protokoliert wird.

Wordpress-Version veraltet ?

Plugins veraltet ?
Ihre Wordpress-Installation ist aktuell, der Aufruf ist jedoch weiterhin nicht möglich? Dann liegt es sehr wahrscheinlich an veralteten Plugins. Schauen Sie sich dazu die Errorlogs an
Sollten Sie Einträge wie zB:
[ *Datum* xxxxxxxxxx] [php:error] [pid 10165] [client xxxxxxx] [host xxxxx] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function create_function() in /is/htdocs/xxxxxxxx/www/*Ordnername*/wp-content/Plugins/*Pluginname**/xxx/custom_functions.php:2640nStack trace:n#0
finden, dann liegt es genau an diesem Plugin. Das Plugin scheint veraltet zu sein. Aus diesem Grund kann Ihre Webseite nicht aufgerufen werden.
Sie können dieses Plugin per FTP deaktivieren. Loggen Sie sich dazu per FTP auf dem Server und navigieren Sie zu Ihrem Plugins Ordner. Den Ordner des betroffenen Plugins benennen Sie bitte um. Das Plugin ist somit deaktiviert.
Wenn mehrere Plugins betroffen sind, führen Sie die genannten Schritte für alle Plugins durch.
Themes veraltet ?
Auch veraltete Themes können den Aufruf Ihrer Webseite stören. Bitte überprüfen Sie in den Error-Logs, ob Sie folgende oder eine ähnliche Fehlermeldung wie diese sehen:

In diesem Fall liegt es an Ihrem Theme. Sollten Sie ein kostenpflichtiges Theme einsetzen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, sich an den Hersteller des Themes zu wenden, damit Ihnen ein Update zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Alternativ können Sie das Standard-Thme von Wordpress aktivieren. Dann wird zwar Ihre Webseite womöglich wieder erreichbar sein, allerdings mit dem Standard-Theme von Wordpress.
Wie kann ich das Standard-Theme von Wordpress aktivieren?
Dazu melden Sie sich bitte in der MySQL-Datenbank Ihrer Wordpress Installation an. Der Login ist über https://dbadmin.hosteurope.de möglich. Nach dem Login navigieren Sie bitte in die Datenbanktabelle wp_options. Je nach gewähltem Präfix, kann die Tabelle auch etwas anders heißen. Auf der zweiten Seite finden Sie die Einträge: template und stylesheet. Beide Einträge müssen auf ein Standard-Theme von wordpress geändert werden. Zum Beispiel: twentytwentytwo
Beachten Sie bitte, das Standard-Theme "twentytwentytwo" muss auf Ihrem Webspace vorhanden sein. Navigieren Sie per FTP in den Themes Ordner von Wordpress: /www/wp-content/themes/ und überprüfen Sie, ob das Theme /twentytwentytwo vorhanden ist. Je nach Wordpress Version, kann auch ein anderes Standard-Theme von Wordpress vorhanden sein: twentytwentythree oder twentytwentyone, In diesem Fall kann eines dieser Themes aktiviert werden.

Plugins too old ?
Your WordPress installation is up to date, but the opening your website is still not possible? Then it is most likely due to outdated plugins. Take a look at the error logs
Should you find entries like:

then it is caused exactly because of this plugin. The plugin seems to be outdated. For this reason your website can not be accessed.
You can deactivate this plugin via FTP. To do this, log in to the server via FTP and navigate to your plugins folder. Please rename the folder of the affected plugin. The plugin is now deactivated.
If multiple plugins are affected, perform the above steps for all plugins.
Themes too old ?
Outdated themes can also interfere with your website call. Please check the error logs to see if you see the following error message or one similar to this one:

In this case, it is caused by your theme. If you are using a paid theme, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the theme so that they can provide you with an update. Alternatively, you can activate the default theme of Wordpress. Then your website will possibly be accessible again, but with the default theme of Wordpress.
How can I activate the default theme of Wordpress?
To do this, please log into the MySQL database of your Wordpress installation. The login is possible via https://dbadmin.hosteurope.de . After login please navigate to the database table wp_options. Depending on the chosen prefix, the table may be called something else. On the second page you will find the entries: template and stylesheet. Both entries must be changed to a default theme of wordpress. For example: twentytwentytwo
Please note, the default theme "twentytwentytwo" must be present on your webspace. Navigate via FTP to the themes folder of Wordpress: /www/wp-content/themes/ and check if the theme /twentytwentytwo is available. Depending on the Wordpress version, there may also be another default Wordpress theme available: twentytwentythree or twentytwentyone, in this case, one of these themes can be activated.
