Gegen eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 15 EUR können Sie im KIS ein FTP-Logfile der letzten 7 Tage anfordern. Die Logfiles können Sie in Ihrem KIS unter dem folgenden Pfad beantragen: "Produktverwaltung - Ihr Produktbereich - Konfigurieren - Statistiken & Logfiles - FTP - Logfile anfordern (kostenpflichtig)

Nachfolgend sehen Sie ein Beispiel, wie diese Log-Dateien benannt werden.

Die Logfiles finden Sie im Hauptverzeichnis ("/") Ihres Webspeicherplatzes. Es kann daher notwendig sein, dass Sie den Pfad Ihres FTP Accounts anpassen müssen. Wie dieses funktioniert entnehmen Sie bitte unserer FAQ . Die Dateien gehören dem User ftpxxxxxxxx. Eine Löschung dieser Log-Dateien aus dem WebSpace ist daher nur mit einem FTP-Benutzer möglich, der nicht dem Webserver-Benutzer gleichgesetzt ist. Sie können jedoch die Dateien auch in der Dateiverwaltung im KIS löschen. Hier spielt der User (Besitzer) der Datei keine Rolle.

For a processing fee of 15 EUR, you can request an FTP log file from the last 7 days in the KIS. You can request the log files in your KIS under the following path: Product Admin - Your product area - Configure - Statistics & log files - FTP - Request Logfile (subject to charge)

Below is an example of how these log files are named.

The log files can be found in the main directory ("/") of your web storage space. It may therefore be necessary to adjust the path of your FTP account. Please check our FAQ for additional information on how this works. The files require to the ftp-usertyp ftpxxxxxxxx. It is therefore only possible to delete these log files from the webspace with an FTP-user who is not the same as the webserver-user. However, you can also delete the files in the file management in the KIS. The user (owner) of the file is irrelevant in that case.
